Biography
Dr. Bullock joined Lake Land College as its 7th President on July 1, 2013. Prior to joining Lake Land College Dr. Bullock served as the Vice President for Strategic Advancement at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, WI, in addition to his role as a part-time professor at Marian University teaching courses in marketing, leadership, strategy and research. He has more than 20 years of experience in higher education as a faculty member and administrator, following a successful leadership career in the private sector.
During his time at Lake Land, Dr. Bullock initiated a comprehensive strategic planning process, led a college-wide rebranding effort, strengthened community relations and facilitated unique partnerships between business, K-12 and higher education to assist in sustaining a local skilled workforce. He has served in numerous leadership capacities for community based organizations and is an active Board member in numerous economic development organizations including Coles Together, Christian County Economic Development Corporation, the East Central Illinois Development Corp. and the Local Workforce Investment Board. Dr. Bullock earned a Ph.D. from Marian University in Fond du Lac, a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh and a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
