Rapid Reports

One great benefit of Digital Measures is the ability to efficiently produce reports. On the main Digital Measures screen, on the Dashboard at the left, just below Manage Activities is a link for Rapid Reports. 

When you click on that link, a Rapid Reports dialogue box opens (see copy below):

 

Click on the arrow at the right of the Report field for a drop-down menu of all of the reports currently available. Examples include Academic Degrees Earned, Creative Works by Faculty, Awards and Honors, Vita, and Web Profiles. Over time, many additional reports are likely to be added as Colleges and Departments have needs for various reports for grants, accreditations, program reviews, tenure processes, and more. 

Note that individuals are able to select the time period for which they want the results to display, so that just the years included in a post-tenure review, for example, can be selected.

The Rapid Report is also a good way for faculty and staff to preview how their web profile will display when the consistent web profiles are exported to the Colleges’ websites in January 2018.
