Brittany Taylor is the current Dispatch Specialist at Ferris State University. Brittany graduated from Ferris with a M.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She previously worked with the department from 2011-2015 while attending as a student. After graduating from Ferris, she worked for the Osceola County Courthouse until coming back to work for Ferris.

In her capacity as the Dispatch Specialist, Brittany oversees maintains operations at the department and supervises 15-20 student employees each year. Brittany serves as the department's records specialist, where she manages, validates, and approves police incident reports. She also serves as the University’s Clery Compliance Officer and is responsible for the submission of Clery crime statistics to the Department of Education and manages the editing and publishing of the Annual Security & Fire Safety Report.
