Biography

Since August 2014, I have been a dedicated member of the Ferris State University team, where I currently serve as an Instructional Designer and Technologist for eLearning. My journey at FSU has also included roles such as Professional Advisor for the School of Digital Media, Student Access Specialist in the Office of Transfer and Secondary School Partnerships, and clerical assistant in Human Resources at the Staff Center for Training and Development.

Before joining FSU, I worked in various educational roles at primary and secondary schools, as well as regional education centers. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with local, state, and federal partners, focusing on instructional practices in the field of education.

My diverse experiences have enriched my understanding of educational systems, systems management, and the process improvement cycle, particularly as they relate to student outcomes. The most rewarding aspect of my career has been the profound impact my work has had on student achievement and success, bringing me immense personal joy and satisfaction.
