Voice Mail Set-Up Instructions for Employees

Dial the access number for CallPilot Voice Messaging: x5005

Log In

At the prompt, enter the following

1. “Mailbox” (Your extension number)
2. # key (Stop)
3. “Password” (Your password is initially set to _1_ plus your mailbox number)
4. # key (Stop)

Change Your Password

1. Press 8 4 
2. Enter your old password. (_1_ plus your mailbox number)
3. Press # (Stop)
4. Enter your new password (at least 4 digits)
5. Press # (Stop)
6. Enter your new password again
7. Press # (Stop)

Record Your Personal Verification

1. Press 8 2
2. Press 9 (“There is no name for personal verification at this address”)
3. Press 5 (Immediately say your first and last name and extension number)
4. Press # (Stop)

Record Your Greeting

1. Press 8 2
2. Press 1 (External Greeting)
3. Press 5 (Record)
4. Press # (Stop)
5. Press 2 (Play)

IF NEEDED

1. Press 5 while at the beginning of the greeting to re-record your greeting
2. Press 7 6 (delete)

Log Off

1. Press 8 3
