ITS does not support accessing Office 365 mail via Exchange ActiveSync, POP, IMAP, SMTP protocols or via 3rd party clients like Mozilla Thunderbird, or mobile native mail clients. If you configure your Office 365 mail via these methods ITS will not support its functionality should it fail to work properly.
