Telephone Repairs for Big Rapids Campus Employees

If you have any problems with your telephone, please find a working phone and call x4822 for repair service. The operator will take the information and a technician will process the repair(s) on University-owned equipment only, in the order the repair call is received. We do not repair telephone sets, answering machines, modems, etc. that you did not receive from our department.

Repairs to individual telephones are made during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday). You do not have to be at your residence or office when the repairs are made. Repair costs will be charged to the person(s) responsible if it is determined that damages are the result of deliberate or negligent actions.
