International Access to Office 365

Users accessing their Office 365 accounts from other than the US and Canada will need to submit a request to the Information Technology Service Center for access to their accounts.  This requirement has been implemented to curtail accounts getting compromised and also spam/phishing attacks from compromised accounts.
