Data Collection Workbooks

The data collection workbooks for our General Education evidence collection are shown below. There are four different workbooks for each of the eight Core Competencies. The SCORE workbook is used to collect exam score data from selected response or constructed response exams. The raw student scores are converted to rubric score values. The PREPOST workbook is used to collect scores from pre- and post-exam evaluations. The pre- and post-scores are compared and the post-test scores are converted to rubric values. The NORM workbook is used to collect student percentile scores on nationally normed exams. These percentiles are also converted to rubric scores. The final workbook, RUBRIC, is used to directly collect rubric score evaluations of student performances on a variety of different types of assignments.
