TO TURN ON THE A/V SYSTEM
As you approach the instructor’s podium, the AV system control panel will notice your presence and display the start screen. It is a touch screen.
Touch the "power on" button in the middle of the control panel screen. The projectors will power up and the LCD “confidence” monitors will lower into position. (These monitors show you what the projectors are displaying to the audience). The AV control panel will then show the main control screen, aka the home screen.
TO TURN OFF THE SYSTEM
When you are finished using the projectors, power down by selecting the System Off button from the bottom of the home screen.
Remember to turn off the computers and any other devices you turned on separately.
SELECTING WHICH DEVICE TO DISPLAY
In the middle of the home screen, note that there are two groups of icons (PC to Video Conf 2). The left grouping shows what devices you can display on the left projector, and the right grouping shows options for the right projector. Note that you can have the same device display on both screens. Touch the icon corresponding to the device you want to display through each projector.
