If Ferris360 is unavailable, you can access your email and other services provided by Office 365 by going to office.ferris.edu.

To take advantage of the Office 365 security features, forwarding of email to another account is not available. By not allowing forwarding, we are protecting the University from cyber threats and attacks that aim to steal and use confidential user information in malicious ways.
In order to view your emails on a mobile device, we recommend downloading the official Microsoft Outlook app from your app store (iOS App Store for iPhone and Google Play Store for Android) and adding your account ("username"@ferris.edu and passphrase) to the app. Click here for detailed instructions.

Yes. You can send and receive messages up to 20 megabytes (MB) in size. However, the precise amount allowable will depend on the attachment. You can attach larger files by sharing them as a OneDrive link.
