Ferris does have a PC Replacement Plan. This project was created to replace university machines that do not meet minimum PC requirements. This replacement is done each summer.

The IT Solution Center will be conducting Tech Help event during he first three days for fall semester. Tech Help is the process in which the IT Solution Center technicians perform all of the necessary tasks of connecting your computer to the Ferris State University network and assisting with Canvas course issues.
