| 14 | Implement alternate email and calendaring system | 35 | IT Services and General Counsel have been migrated to Office365. Additional migrations are planned for February 21 and March 7. It Services is in process of working with an outside vendor to develop an electronic time off calendar application that will work with Office365. |
| 15 | Implement Microsoft Systems Center | 80 | Both the Kace 1000 and Kace 2000 appliances are fully installed. IT Services has pushed the KACE agent out to over 1600 computers which represents about 1/3 of the project's goal number, and some software deployment has begun. Several hours of training have been completed and IT Services has implemented about half of the enterprise servers into the system with the rest following soon. Testing is being done for patch installation and compliance and reports are being tested and created. |
