The Construction Technology and Management Department offers one Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree appropriately tailored to the needs of the nation's largest industry–construction.
The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree is accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) to ensure both quality and content. Graduates of the program are prepared to manage and supervise the complete construction process from the design phase through to final completion. They are prepared to work for a variety of construction related firms such as: general contractors, CMs, specialty subcontractors, designers, developers, design-builders, owners. They work in the commercial, industrial, heavy civil, and residential sectors.
Students may enter the program after completion of an approved Associate’s degree and a 2.5 GPA earned at Ferris. Transfer students will likely have some leveling courses in the 100 and 200 level construction classes to complete before they are eligible to enter the CM program.
