Biography

Teaches or has taught courses in Construction Scheduling, Computer Techniques in Construction, Construction Administration, Field Engineering, and Construction Estimating. He worked in the Michigan construction industry for eleven years in the Detroit and Flint area with firms specializing in industrial, commercial, and institutional constructing. Professor Templin retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve, Civil Engineer Corps, after 23 years of service. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Construction) and an M.S. in Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management), both from the University of Michigan. He has been active in the Associated General Contractors of Michigan as well as the Construction Association of Michigan. He has taught construction education seminars for local and national contractors.
