The south side of campus features Brophy/McNerney, Merrill/Travis, Ward, and Pickell Halls. South campus halls are close to the Professional Golf Management Building, Business Building, Soccer Field, The Market, and The Rock Cafe. South Campus also features a basketball court and a sand volleyball court.

Brophy/McNerney offers a mix of single style bedroom suites and three per suite style
rooms with two large lobbies to offer a great balance of community building and access
to quiet study areas. Brophy/McNerney is connected to the PGM program and is less
than a minute to the Rock Cafe and the soccer fields.

Ward Hall
Ward offers single style rooms with two medium sized lobbies for community building.
Ward is the closest residence hall to the Rock Cafe and the Market, and is less than

Pickell Hall
Pickell offers single style rooms with a main lobby for community building. Pickell
is also home to the Honors college and is one of three honors residence halls. Pickell
has a lower lobby that acts as a commuter lounge for all honors students. Pickell is the closest residence hall to the business building and is located right

Merrill/Travis Hall
Merrill and Travis Halls share a front desk. They are near the IRC, Business Building, the Market, and the Rock Cafe. They are also directly across the road from the sports complex. Travis Hall offers a mix of single style bedroom suites and three per suite style rooms. Merril Hall offers single studio suites where a student has both rooms and bathroom to themselves.
