The event begins at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 3:00 p.m. The building will be open at
7:30 a.m. to allow you to set up.
We will have a registration table on the north end of the building (just off the parking
lot) for you to check-in.
We will have several greeters help you locate a table (8’-0” long x 30”). Placards
with company names will be available to let you select your preferred table.
Greeters will also show you the locations of bathrooms and water fountains.
A coat check will be available to keep your booth/table free from clutter.
If you have requested power, it will be provided to your table.
Lunch will be provided from 12 - 1 p.m.
Parking is available for free in the lot to the north of our building. Please see
the map below. Overflow parking is available in the lots to the south of the building,
but they will require a free parking permit.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. You will be able to access the building to set up your
table at 7:30 a.m.
Students do not have classes between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., so we recommend being present
at your table during that time.
Please do not begin tear down of your booth/table until after 3 p.m. in order to maximize
the amount of time students have to meet with you.
