American Subcontractors Association of Michigan Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amounts varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time sophomore, junior or senior student enrolled in Construction Managment or
HVACR
- Minimum GPA of 2.00
- Financial need is NOT considered
- Preference given to students who have demonstrated involvement with the American Subcontractors
Association of Michigan (via: event attendance or internships)
- Preference given to those students who reside in the association's membership geographical
area.
- Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm, leadership,
volunteerism and involvement in their respective program and express a desire for
a career in the subcontracting industry.
ASHRAE (West Michigan) Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
- Undergraduate student enrolled in HVACR
- Will be a junior or senior when they receive the award
- Must be a member of ASHRAE student or professional chapter
- Must have completed one term in the technical sequence of energy management
- Minimum GPA of 3.50
Builders Exchange of Grand Rapids & Western Michigan Endowed Scholarship

- Undergraduate student majoring in Construction Management or Heating, Ventilation,
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

Michigan Air Conditioning Contractors Association Endowed Scholarship

semester

- Must be a member of the student chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America
- Preference given to students who aspire to enter the HVACR workforce
- The recipient is selected by the HVACR program
Quality Air Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
- Full-time sophomore enrolled in HVACR Technology (AAS)
- Minimum GPA of 3.20
- Financial need is NOT considered
- Preference given to students from the following counties: Berrien, Cass, St Joseph,
Branch, Hillsdale, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Jackson,Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Ingham,
Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Clinton, Muskegon,Montcalm, Oceana, Newaygo, Mecosta, Mason,

- Must be a junior or senior majoring in the HVACR program
- Must be a member of the MCAA and/or MSCA
- Must submit an up-to-date resume that includes education, work experience and extra
curricular activities
- The recipient is selected by the HVACR program

Stanley J. Dean Endowed Scholarship

- Full-time junior level (56-85 credit hours earned) in good standing
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Financial need is considered*
- Must have demonstrated leadership abilities and potential in campus and/or community
activities
