American Society of Professional Estimators Chapter 70 Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amounts vary annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 2.80
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
- Additional Requirements: Student involvement is considered
American Subcontractors Association of Michigan Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amounts vary annually
- Full-time sophomore, junior or senior student
- Must be enrolled in the Construction or HVACR programs
- Minimum GPA 2.0 or higher
- Financial need is not considered
- Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm, leadership, volunteerism and involvement in their respective program and express a desire for a career in the subcontracting industry.
- Preference given to students who have demonstrated involvement with the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan (via: event attendance or internships)
- Preference given to those students who reside in the association's membership geographical area.
Barton Malow Foundation Scholarship
(2) Two Scholarships awarded annually
Scholarship amounts will vary
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time Ferris State University freshman student majoring in one of the Construction Technology & Management programs.
- GPA of 2.75 or higher at time of application
- Finance a minimum of $5,000 of student educational costs through private or federal loans or demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid through review of their FAFSA (free application for student aid) process.
- Demonstrate active campus participation defined as regular and confirmed attendance in construction related 'Registered Student Organizations (RSO) or participation in Intercollegiate Athletics.
- Significant and verified post-secondary education activities related to the building trades will be considered.
- Uphold industry-accepted standards of professionalism, character, and ethics.
Builders Exchange of Grand Rapids & Western Michigan Endowed Scholarship

Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time student majoring in Construction Management or Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Financial need is not a criterion
Construction Association of Michigan Don Purdie Memorial Annual Endowed Scholarship

Awarded at the spring semester
- Full-time student enrolled in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
Construction Management Industry Endowment Scholarship
Three(3) $1,000 scholarship
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
- GPA is not considered
- Financial need is not considered
- Additional requirements: Must have completed 24 semester credit hours at FSU and completed CONM 222
- Preference is given to students who are active members of the Associated Construction Students and/or Sigma Lambda Chi
Duane E Bremer Endowed Scholarship

- Additional requirements: Extracurricular activities including student involvement in community service and student organizations is considered.
Gerace Construction Endowed Scholarship

Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior majoring in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Financial need may be considered*
- Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated hands-on work experience
within the construction field
Grand Rapids Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute "Art Nelson Memorial" Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior majoring in Construction Management-Building or Architecture and Sustainability
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
- Preference given to students who reside in one of the following Michigan counties: Allegan, Barry, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, Van Buren, and Wexford.
- Applicant's must submit 2 reference letters: one from a current faculty member within their respective program and one from a current member of the Grand Rapids Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute.
David L. Hamilton Endowed Scholarship

Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior majoring in the Construction Management with a Building Construction concentration
- Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
- Additional requirements: Preference given to students who demonstrate a desire for a career in institutional and/or commercial construction.
- Preference given to students who reside in the State of Michigan in the following counties: Arenac, Bay, Gennesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, and Wayne.
Harry Larson Memorial Endowed Scholarship

- Full-time junior or senior enrolled in the Construction Management Program or the Facilities Management Program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
- Additional requirements: Preference given to Construction Technology & Management and Facility Management students who demonstrate enthusiasm and participation in the program.
Pinnacle Construction Group Endowed Scholarship
- Full-time student enrolled in the Construction Technology & Management Program with a focus on Building Construction Technology.
- Student must have completed one semester of CONM courses
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Financial need as determined by financial aid*
- International background
Rockford Construction Scholarship Endowment
- Full-time student enrolled in the Construction Management Program

John Sebold Memorial Endowed Scholarship

- Full-time freshman student enrolled in a Construction Technology & Management program

- Full-time student attending the College of Engineering Technology
- Preference shall be given to students entering Construction Management who have an interest in sustainable construction.

William "Bill" Scott Roh Superintendent Scholarship Endowment
- Full-time student enrolled in the Construction Management Program.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Preference shall be given to students who seek a career in field supervision.
Wolgast Family Scholarship Endowment
- Full-time junior enrolled in the Construction Management Program with a Building Technology Concentration.
