Vaccination Information

Welcome to Ferris State University! As new students prepare to join our campus community, we urge you to take time to address some important health concerns. New students are encouraged to contact their family doctor's office, Health Department of Birkam Health Center for vaccine information.

Students Entering Health-Related Fields

It should also be noted that students studying for health-related fields may be required to provide documentation of current immunizations before entering internships. Internship sites may also require drug screenings, physical examinations, TB Tests and flu shots. Students with questions or concerns about vaccination requirements should contact their Dean’s Office or academic advisor for detailed information regarding program requirements.
