Missing Requirements

Step By Step

We have received your FAFSA, but either something on your FAFSA was not complete, was not entered correctly, or FAFSA has requested that we obtain additional information/documentation before we can proceed to offer you financial aid. Please follow the steps below to access a list of what we are missing from you.  

 Note: Click here if this is your first time logging into Ferris360.

1. Log into Ferris360 (You must be admitted in order to log in)
2. Search for "Financial Aid Messages" and then choose it from the search results
3. Use the drop down menu next to Select Aid Year. Example "Award Year 2024-2025", Submit
