Congratulations to —

Fonda Kuzee, Physical Plant. Is always willing to help. She always has a positive attitude and she makes the rest of us glad to be part of the physical plant team. She did a terrific job putting together the Miappa Conference. Fonda is an important part of our team here at the Physical Plant.

Cindy Jackson, Payroll. I mainly dealt with her about my learning the Kronos system and all of the questions I had for her and e-mails that I sent, she NEVER got upset. She was extremely patient and very helpful.

The Payroll Team - What a wonderful team they have! I know they will continue their hard work and I truly appreciate what they do! Having sat through the session on how to enter in employees information on the new Kronos system, I left there feeling somewhat confident on how to do the task. But when I got in front of the computer, I felt a little lost. So many times I called Payroll or sent an e-mail, and EVERY time, the ladies there were so very kind, patient and quite understanding. Knowing how much stress these few ladies went through during the transition, and the extreme pressure they must have endured, I personally want to say thank you for the unbelievable job that they did!!

James A Lindsey, Enrollment Services. Jim makes all of the super signs that are used for Orientation and Dawg Days to guide people to the "right place" on campus. He also makes wonderful posters/banners for special events. He attends every Dawg Day that we have and takes pictures of the Guests, puts them together so they are ready to present to the student/family at the Dawg Day luncheon. He is currently working on a new scanning process for Admissions that will interface with the new Banner Computer System. Jim helps us to solve some "technical" computer problems at times and is always happy. I, and I'm sure many others, are thankful we have Jim and appreciate all that he does for FSU and the Admissions and Records office.

The Staff at the Rankin Center Coffee Shop. Always courteous, friendly, efficient, accommodating and CHEERFUL! They all do a great job and they would make Seattle's Best proud!

The Banner Training teams! - Linda Golden, Lisa Besemer, Beth Logan, Ed Dorman, Sheryl Love, Gina Knight, Patty Fraser. Your patience, know-how, organizational skills, informative emails and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty IS noticed by some of your "trainees." I think you should all be taken on a two-week cruise when the training is over! Many thanks!
