Direct Deposit of Credit Balances

Direct Deposit: Students have the option of using their own bank to receive the Financial Aid Refunds. Refunds by direct deposit will be available twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.

IMPORTANT: Your name must appear on the bank account used for direct deposit. If not, your direct deposit may be rejected and will delay your refund.

Instructions for Direct Deposit Sign-up:

  1. Open the Direct Deposit tool from Ferris360
  2. Click on Start action
  3. Enter your 9 digit bank routing number
  4. Enter your bank account number
  5. Click checking or savings
  6. Click Submit
  7. Review information and click I Agree
  8. The screen should read "Your Direct Deposit information has been changed."
