Biography

I have spent 44 years either repairing vehicles or teaching people how to repair vehicles. I have held every position in a dealer service department from technician to service director. I was the Branch Training Manager for Snap-On Technical Training, and Service Training Instructor for Ford Motor Co. I have recorded multiple training videos for Automotive Video Innovations, contract trainer for Delphi, Robert Bosch, and am a Contributing Editor for MotorAge Magazine.
I have taught at the high school, community college, and now the University level.
