Biography

Interim Associate Dean Mishler reports to the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology and is responsible for leading, coordinating, and guiding day-to-day operations within the College, specifically with the School of Built Environment and School of Automotive and Heavy Equipment. In addition, she serves in the college as the Director of Student Academic Affairs and is responsible for being the chief retention officer. In that role, she serves the faculty, staff, and students in the college from admissions to graduation, regarding advising, policy, and matriculation.

Before joining the College of Engineering Technology in the Summer of 2014, she had served in various administrative roles including Pre-professional advisor, Senior Admissions Office, and Residence Hall director in her 25+ year career at Ferris State University. In addition, she has almost two decades of experience in adjunct teaching HNRS 100 and FSUS 100 seminars, to incoming students helping them to acclimate to their college experience.
