Katelynn joined the MCO team in September, 2015 and quickly became an intricate player as we strive for excellent patient satisfaction. As the Insurance Specialist Katelynn’s main responsibility is to check insurance eligibility for patients scheduled for an upcoming examination appointment. In special circumstances she also obtains prior authorizations (PAs.) A true team player, Katelynn is available to answer the phones, make appointments and assist at check-in and check-out during our busiest times.
