Cornea and Contact Lens Resident
Dr. Mei is the current Cornea and Contact Lens resident at Michigan College of Optometry. She grew up in Toronto, attended New York University for biochemistry and studio art, and graduated from New England College of Optometry in 2020. She is the recipient of the Rose and Warren Guilford award during her first year, and the Alumni scholarship for excellence upon graduation. Dr. Mei served as the vice president of Beta Sigma Kappa society. She was also heavily involved in Private Practice Club, Contact Lens Society, and is a student fellow of the Academy. After residency her goal is to become a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and go into private practice with emphasis in fitting specialty lenses. During her spare time, she enjoys art, golf, and visiting museums.
