Dr. Cindy Nguyen is the current Primary Eye Care Resident at Boling Vision Center in South Bend, Indiana. Born and raised in California, she completed her Bachelors of Science at the University of California, Riverside in 2013 and continued her education at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry in 2015. Dr. Nguyen served as Lions Club President and Class Vice President throughout Optometry school and was very involved in leadership, extracurriculars, and giving back to the community. Dr. Nguyen graduated in May 2019 and is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. After completion of her residency, she plans to incorporate dry eye management and medically necessary contact lenses into her practice.
