Due to a reallocation of critical resources, the University Eye Center will no longer be able to provide eye care services at the Mercy Health Physician Partners – Diabetes & Endocrine Center, 300 Lafayette SE, Suite 2045, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.  We will stop serving patients at this location on August 9^th, 2017.

If you are a patient of the University Eye Center at the Mercy Health Saint Mary’s Grand Rapids Campus, we strongly recommend that you transfer your care to another eye care provider or facility.  To assist you and your primary care provider in finding a new eye care provider a list of a few Grand Rapids eye care providers is below.  Our staff is also prepared to transfer all of your medical records to your new eye care provider so that you may continue to receive the best care possible.
