At Woodland Eye Clinic we are committed to bringing the highest level of total eye care. We strive to provide you and your family with detailed one on one attention. Our center offers patients the newest technology and equipment with a professional team of experienced staff committed to you.

You should contact Dr. Joshua Woodland 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your rotation to verify dates, times, directions, parking, and any other instructions. Completion of specific health requirements may be required, please check with your site. Report to the address above at 8:00 a.m. the first day of the rotation for orientation to policies, clinical protocol, administrative procedures, etc.

To provide a clinical setting in which opportunities to see a wide array of patients in a primary care setting.  Being a small rural clinic we have the privilege of seeing a diverse amount of ocular disease mixed in with our healthy patient population.  Our goal is to provide our student clinician with the tools and skills to increase critical analysis while thinking on their feet at the pace that private practice requires.

• We are mostly a primary care clinic, but that definition means something different when were in small town Iowa.  We keep as much in house as possible.  We do a fair amount of emergency triage care, foreign body removal, lumps and bumps procedure day.  Dry eye and aesthetics clinic.
