• provide insight into how optometry fits into a busy ophthalmological/optometric clinical/surgical setting.
• gain experience in when to refer to specialist (glc, retina, oculoplastics) vs when to handle a given situation.
• improve clinical proficiency, improve efficiency, and gain confidence in assigning appropriate assessment and plan.
• Gain experience in soft and specialty contract lens including scleral lens.
• Work with Dr. Nora Cothran treating and managing glaucoma
