The RN to BSN Program will meet program outcomes as defined by the Accreditation Commission Education for Nurses (ACEN) Required Outcomes At least 10% of the students enrolled in the RN to BSN program each academic year will represent gender or ethnic diversity

52/450 students are male (12%).

43/450 students are a race other than white (10%). (Black-10, Hispanic-11, American Indian-5, Two or more races-7, Native Hawaiian-0, Asian-3, Unknown-7)

80% of students admitted to the RN to BSN program will graduate within 1.5 times the length of the program or 11 semesters from the completion of their first nursing course 90% of students admitted to the RN to BSN program completed the program 11 semesters from the completion of their first nursing course
80% of students surveyed at the end of the program will report that they are satisfied or highly satisfied with the quality of the RN to BSN program 97% of students surveyed at end of the program report that they are satisfied or highly satisfied with the quality of the RN to BSN program
80% of employers of RN to BSN graduates will report that they are satisfied with the preparation of their employee 100% of employers of RN to BSN graduates reported that they are satisfied with the preparation of their employee.
80% of graduates of the RN to BSN Completion program will report that they are employed within one year of completion of the program.

100% of graduates were employed as a Registered Nurses. 

80% of the RN to BSN graduates surveyed will report that they are satisfied with their preparation for their role

95% of RN to BSN graduates surveyed report that they are satisfied with their preparation for their role
