East Campus Suites were built in 2010 and offer fully furnished two and four bedroom
suites for students 19 and older by September 1st. The three buildings are Pine,
Oak, and Maple; with the front desk being in Oak.
Contracts are for the full Academic Year, ranging from fall to the end of spring.
Separate contracts are available for summer housing. Residents of East Campus Suites retain access to their residences throughout the time
of their contract period.

Staff
Desk Service Assistants: Student employees that work the front desk.
Community Advisors: ECS has 6 CAs, two in each building. CAs are student employees that are community
leaders and meant to aid students living on campus. Each CA has designated residents
assigned to them, primarily based on floor location.
Senior Staff Advisor: The senior staff advisor is a student staff member that manages operations of the
front desk and various CA tasks.
Community Director: The Community Director is the professional staff member in charge of day-to-day
supervision and overall management of the staff and building. Meet the East Campus Suites Community Director

2 person suites and 4 person suites available
2 person suites share 1 bathroom and 4 person suites share 2 bathrooms
Living areas are furnished with: 1 full sofa, 2 single person sofa chairs, 1 coffee
table, 4 barstools, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and a full double sink.
East Campus Suites are near academic buildings such as Automotive, Swan, and the National
Elastomer Center and near campus buildings such as the Student Recreation Center,
University Center, Birkham Health Center, and Top Taggart Field.
