Adult Fitness

We offer fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, body composition assessments, and our U FIT program. No matter your fitness goal, we have a service to assist you along your journey! Fitness classes are offered for six week sessions. Options to attend a fitness class include: 1) paying for a session, 2) paying to drop in for a class, or 3) purchasing a 10 visit punch card. The punch card allows you access to the facility and any fitness classes giving you the ability to switch up your fitness classes anytime during the session. After 10 visits, turn in your punch card to the front desk and get a FREE fitness pass that can be used to access the facility and any one fitness class!

BULLDOG FIT

Mondays 6:15-7:15am, Wednesdays 6:15-7:15am,
Fridays 6:15-7:15am

This total body circuit training class combines various training styles while using a wide range of equipment to ensure you get a great workout that your mind and body won’t get use to. Fire up your metabolism with these cardio, strength, plyometric, and core training stations. All fitness levels are welcomed.

LUNCHTIME YOGA

Mondays 12:15-12:45pm, 
Wednesdays 12:15-12:45pm, Fridays 12:15-12:45pm

This 30 min. lunchtime yoga session is FREE to members and open to non-members at a discounted drop-in or session rate. Vinyasa style of Hatha yoga focused on strength and heat-building sequences linking the breath with movement while also incorporating balance and stretching poses. All fitness levels welcomed. Please bring your own yoga mat.

FREE RUN/WALK GROUP

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Beginning March 17, join us Wednesdays at 5:30pm for a run/walk. We warm up, run/walk, and do some cool down stretching. Distances vary based on speed and abilities, but we make sure everyone has a buddy to run or walk with. This group is FREE & OPEN TO ALL!

 *A full session is one set day a week for six weeks. To attend both days each week for six weeks, please sign up for two full sessions.
