Facility Rental

 

In addition to the tennis courts, racquetball courts, and fitness spaces, the facility also has a classroom that provides a large space for group events. If you are interesting in renting courts, the fitness room, classroom, or the entire facility for your upcoming group event, please follow the steps below.

  1. Read the Racquet & Fitness Center Policies.
  2. Complete the Reservation Request Form.
  3. Sign the Facility Reservation Policy.
  4. Email the completed form and signed policy to Facility Manager, Amy Nestle at [email protected]
  5. Any minors that will be attending your event must bring a completed Minor Waiver form with them to use the facility.

All groups must pay staffing according to Racquet & Fitness Center staff pay standards.

  1. Staff hourly rate for opening the facility outside business hours.
  2. Set up & take down fees.
  3. Physical Plant services will be assessed at cost of tables and chairs rentals.  
  4. A clean-up fee may be assessed for an excessive mess in the facility or with equipment rental/usage at a minimum charge of $25 and a maximum charge of the actual cost.
  5. Any damage to the facility/equipment will be charged to the organization or responsible person at a minimum charge of $25 and a maximum charge of the actual cost.
  6. Reservations will require payment two weeks before the event.
