Following a consultation to establish your goals and an assessment to determine your starting point, your trainer will create a personalized progressive functional fitness workout program and cardio plan, as well as assist you in establishing healthy nutrition habits. During one on one sessions, your trainer will guide you through the workout and provide accountability and motivation to help you establish new health habits.
Small group training is also available which takes the aspects of personal training and applies it to a group of 2-4 individuals. This is a great opportunity to workout with 1-3 of your friends in a semi-private training session. Coaching, accountability and motivation will inspire your group to rise to new challenges.
MEMBER CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER RATES
1 hr session – $40 or 8 session package – $280
30 min session – $25 or 8 session package – $175
NON-MEMBER CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER RATES
1 hr session – $44 or 8 session package – $308
