U FIT fitness classes and personal coaching

Our U FIT program offers a perfect blend of fitness classes and personal coaching. If the fitness classes don't work for your schedule, you can work out on your own and receive coaching and accountability virtually. In 2018 and 2019, our U FIT groups lost a total of 335 pounds and 286.25 inches combined! Help us grow these numbers in 2020!

The Cost:

  • Continuing U FITters - $100
  • New or Returning U FITters - $160

Important Dates for Upcoming U FIT Session:

  • Initial Assessments 1/13-1/24
  • Introduction Lunch 1/23
  • Midpoint Assessments 2/13-2/19
  • Final Assessments 3/4-3/10
