All over the world, businesses have recognized the importance of data analytics and its potential as a way to gain an edge over their competitors. And our Business Data Analytics program will give you an edge as you start your career.

Working side-by-side with our highly experienced faculty, including statisticians, data miners and information security and intelligence experts, you will work on real-world projects to discover information hidden in databases, texts, the internet, and other data sources. You will develop a deep understanding of how data analytics links the real world to data, solves critical business problems, and assists in cutting-edge fields such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

The job potential is great in this area. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average pay for a data analyst is about $83,000 and jobs in data analytics are expected only to grow as graduates are sought-after. The most popular three jobs that you can attain upon graduation are a data analyst, data engineer, and data scientist depending on your experience. According to Time, Money, Forbes, CNN, and Glassdoor, data scientist was ranked as the #1 job in 2019 in the United States.
