Hall Director Benefits

A university benefits coordinator will explain benefits such as vacation and sick leave in full detail and assist in selecting the medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.

The following are Hall Director specific benefits.

• Room and Board – partially furnished, air conditioned apartment and full meal plan for employee and immediate family. Ferris is proud to extend privileges to domestic partners. Internet, cable TV, basic telephone and utilities included.
• Laundry - use of residence hall laundry units
• Cell Phone - provided for business use. 
• Pet Protocol – Hall Directors may have 1 of the follow scenarios for pets:
  • 1 Cat
  • 1 Dog up to 70lbs
  • 1 Cat and 1 Dog up to 70lbs
  • 1 Small Caged Animal: No Live Feed
