The Restaurant and Food Industry Management certificate is designed to complement any degree by providing the fundamental knowledge necessary to successfully manage a food service operation. Required courses focus on essential financial skills and service leadership critical to ensuring profitability and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction. Electives allow students the option of selecting a course to fit their needs and interests such as bar management, culinary skills, or purchasing.
