Biography
Susan K. Jones is a full, tenured Professor of Marketing at Ferris State University and the principal of Susan K. Jones & Associates, a consultancy in direct and digital marketing, advertising and public relations. Ms. Jones is the author or editor of more than 35 books. She earned her B.S.J. and M.S.J. degrees from Northwestern University. She has won numerous awards both as a practitioner and academic, and she is an active volunteer on a local, regional and national basis. Professor Jones serves as a board member of The Ferris Foundation and chairs the foundation's Awards (Gifts and Grants Committee).
