Biography

Jeff Ek is the Marketing Department Chair and Associate Professor in the Design program at Ferris State University. Jeff oversees the department and provides instruction for courses in photography, web design, and digital imaging. Before joining the faculty in 1999, Jeff managed the graphics department for eleven years as a designer in the Media Production Center at Ferris.

Jeff serves the Kent Career Technical Center and Mecosta Osceola Intermediate School District Graphic Arts Advisory Boards. He is a member of the AIGA (The Professional Association for Graphic Design) and attends numerous design conferences and workshops.
