FSU’s Facilities Management organization is responsible for the development, enhancement, maintenance and stewardship of the university’s physical environment. Our organization employs 150 full time staff and over 100 part time student employees.

The Facilities Management organization will provide well-maintained facilities and grounds that are clean, safe, functional and attractive. Our emphasis is on quality, professionalism and customer service.

Capital construction project expenditures have averaged $20 million per year over the last five years exceeding $101 million during this time frame.
