In this innovative program, you learn to mix and test rubber compounds for industry standards, processing these compounds into finished products. Classes emphasize hands-on learning, using the same type of equipment that is currently used in industry.

You will serve two paid internships in industry, for a minimum of 10 weeks each, gaining invaluable first-hand experience before graduation. This also helps you decide what type of position you would most enjoy after graduation. Some out-of-state companies even pay room-and-board, in addition to salary,
to attract our interns.
