ICET staff

Mr. Faber is a Ferris State University and Western Michigan University alum with over 15 years of experience within the construction industry as an estimator, project manager, inspector, and quality control manager. He has managed projects ranging from nuclear power plant upgrades to highway transportation and environmental refurbishment contracts. Mr. Faber has also managed the quality control operations for numerous aggregate mining sites and served as an area manager within Michigan’s asphalt industry. Mr. Faber was an instructor with Ferris’ Highway Training Program for several years before becoming the Director of the Ferris State University Institute for Construction Education and Training in March of 2020.
