With over $862 billion in sales in 2019, the restaurant industry is a fast-paced environment where innovation and customer experience rule. Our curriculum encompasses all aspects of food production and guest service emphasizing on fiscal responsibility, leadership functions, and regulatory compliance. Balance between theory and practice is achieved by real-life application through our industry partnerships. Through on site visitations and professional development opportunities, students interact directly with industry professionals to learn current concepts and skills for success in the industry.
Students will earn nationally recognized certifications, including ServSafe, ServSafe Allergens, CPR with AED and First Aid, and TIPS. Students who continue on can ladder into the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a Food & Beverage Management Concentration.
