Biography

Heather Strain teaches courses in marketing at Ferris State University. She has over 20 years of marketing/sales experience at both mature and start-up organizations – working at brands like The Wall Street Journal, United Airlines, FTD Companies, The Bouqs and Groupon. She has worked at the Director level for ~10 years and is well versed on digital marketing, product/project management and sales leadership. Heather is a team leader specializing in sales strategy, personnel development and revenue growth partnerships at tech companies (most recently in e-commerce).
