Biography

Heather Strain teaches courses in marketing at Ferris State University. She has over 20 years of marketing/sales experience at both mature and start-up organizations – working at brands like The Wall Street Journal, United Airlines, FTD Companies, The Bouqs, Groupon and Virtuoso. She has worked at the Director level for ~10 years and is well versed on digital marketing, product/project management and sales leadership. Heather is a team leader specializing in product strategy and revenue growth partnerships at travel and e-commerce companies.
