Biography

Dr. Lee teaches courses in finance and his areas of research interest include several topics in corporate finance such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), investment banking, analyst behavior, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing-finance interface. He has published papers in Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, European Management Journal, North American Journal of Economics and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Asia-Pacific Journal of Financial Studies, Sustainability, Journal of Derivatives and Quantitative Studies, and Accounting and Finance Research. He has also served as a referee for Asia-Pacific Journal of Financial Studies, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Critical Incidents, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Asian Review of Finance Research, International Review of Economics and Finance, Investment Analysts Journal, Managerial Finance, and Financial Review.
