The Professional Sales minor equips students with the communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills essential for success in today’s competitive business environment. Through hands-on learning experiences such as sales role-plays, management simulations, and real-world customer relationship management (CRM) applications, students gain practical experience in professional selling and sales leadership.
This minor is an excellent complement to any Ferris major, strengthening interpersonal skills and business acumen. Students develop the ability to connect with clients, identify customer needs, and provide value-driven solutions. Graduates pursuing sales careers are ready to step directly into selling roles, while those in non-sales careers will benefit from enhanced communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities applicable in any professional setting.
