Military Science Minor

 

The Military Science Minor is open to all Ferris State University students and enhances any major by developing leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Through coursework and practical leadership experiences offered by the Military Science (ROTC) program, students learn the principles of military art and science, organizational management, and effective communication.

This minor provides students with opportunities to build confidence, self-discipline, teamwork, and professional poise. Whether students pursue military service or civilian careers, the skills gained through the Military Science Minor support success in roles that require strong leadership, responsibility, and strategic thinking.
